Prospective bidders have the opportunity to examine items of interest (See 2.) on the Mondays and Tuesdays preceding the auction. We do our best, based on the tester readings, to determine whether or not the item is a specific gemstone however we are not GIA certified gemologists. Many gemstones' properties overlap and could potentially be one of many variety of gemstones.

Unfortunately, gem testers will not differentiate natural gemstones from their synthetic counterparts this being the case we cannot guarantee natural stones unless we specifically state that it is natural in the listing.

We test all gemstones with a Presidium Gem Tester. All property is sold "As Is, Where Is", and All Sales are Final. *Newly added terms for firearms #25, please read before bidding. By placing a bid the bidder is bound by those Terms and Conditions of the Sale, as amended by any oral announcement or posted notices, which together form the contract of the sale between the successful bidder (purchaser), Dixon's Crumpton Auction and the seller (consignor) of the lot(s). TERMS OF SALE We advise all prospective bidders to read the Terms & Conditions of the Auction Sale before bidding in a Dixon's Crumpton Auction Sale.
